Our Mutual Pyramid

Welcome to Our Co-Creating Heartbeat: Paradise is a Frequency, Not Necessarily a Place
I held a wild little young squirrel in my small, sun-warmed hands.
I was six years old, thousands of miles across the earth and seas. My hair was wild. My boots were dusty from distant roads and sand. Tucked safely in my arms, I could feel its tiny, rapid heartbeat pulsing right against my own. I looked up and saw swirling murmurations of hundreds of birds moving in perfect sync, waving across the sky like a living ribbon. Looking into those quick, dark eyes of the squirrel under a soft, foreign sky, I realized something fundamental.
That squirrel was breathing. The birds were breathing. I was breathing. The soil beneath my feet—and the vast blue oceans stretching beyond the horizons—were pulsing and breathing in their own way.
We were all in a warm honest conversation. A silent, universal dialogue of co-creation.
Growing up traveling across borders, I did not see the world through sterile maps or rigid boundaries. I saw it through eyes that met mine everywhere I went. I saw and if I could helped so many animals with my hands, through my eyes, and with my ears—listening to their silent calls. On land, I shared moments with all kinds, from wild horses, donkeys, street dogs, lizards, sheep, llamas, and even spiders and snakes. Below the waves, scuba diving into the deep quiet, I swam weightlessly with sharks and wondrous marine beings, entering a world where peace is written in blue light.
Travelling the world, I didn’t know all the words of every language, but I understood everyone—even the animals. It was the same universal language. I knew when they were living in fear or hunger, and I felt it when they were dancing and jumping with joy.
I was received by people in days where jeans, T-shirts, or sunglasses didn’t exist in most places. People dressed in their rich cultural ways. We were welcomed with their music, their dancing, and lots of family joy. Yet, I also witnessed the heavy side of humanity: I saw joy, but I also saw war, death, and far too much violence.
I learned early that life was not a competition between species or nations. It was a global symphony waiting for us to join in a rhythm of harmony.
My journey taught me three absolute truths. Three pulse points of existence:
• The Human: I saw humanity in all its light and shadow. I saw the deep human need for basic physiological survival, safety, love and belonging, esteem, and self-actualization.
• The Environment: The sacred cradle. I learned that the earth smells completely different in every area of the world. I saw polluted water, and I saw the most breathtaking castle fountains. I watched communities survive on barely nothing while others complained even though they lived on the richest soil.
• Other Species: The gentle neighbors. Every bird, shark, squirrel, lizard, and wild soul carries an equal pulse of dignity and life. Whether they were running in fear or jumping with joy, their language was always clear just like humans.
Somewhere along the line, as a human family, we built faster cars and planes, bigger offices, and expensive bathrooms. We convinced ourselves that we were the rulers of everything, taking all we needed even if it destroyed the land or our neighbor.
We fell into the boxed realities of TVs, radios, and sports, leaving the environment and other species aside. We forgot how to live, understand, and breathe together with Mother Earth, that has spectacular shows of expression.
At school, while I was so little, we learned about the pyramid of Maslow. Even then, sitting at my desk, I was confused: why was this fundamental truth not respected worldwide?
That is why I created the Integrated Maslowian Equilibrium (IME).
What is the Integrated Maslowian Equilibrium?
Think of Abraham Maslow’s classic hierarchy of needs:
1. Physiological Needs (air, water, food, shelter, sleep)
2. Safety Needs (security, stability, freedom from fear)
3. Love and Belongingness Needs (friendship, family, connection)
4. Esteem Needs (respect, dignity, self-worth, status)
5. Self-Actualization Needs (realizing full potential, personal growth, peak experiences)
In traditional thought, this pyramid belongs only to humans. But a single human cannot self-actualize on a dying planet surrounded by suffering beings.
The Integrated Maslowian Equilibrium expands Maslow’s pyramid into three interconnected pyramids that form a single, breathing ecosystem:
1. The Human Pyramid
• Physiological: Pure air, clean water, nourishing food, and restorative sleep.
• Safety: Freedom from war, violence, and chaos; a steady, peaceful environment.
• Love & Belonging: Genuine connection, family joy, and shared community warmth.
• Esteem: Dignity, self-respect, and being honored for one’s unique spark.
• Self-Actualization: Stepping into full potential and living as a conscious co-creator.
2. The Environmental Pyramid
• Physiological: Unpolluted soil, living oceans, balanced atmospheres, and natural cycles.
• Safety: Protection from deforestation, toxic contamination, and destructive exploitation.
• Love & Belonging: A balanced ecosystem where every forest, river, and mountain belongs to a harmonious whole.
• Esteem: Recognizing the sacred honor, wisdom, and inherent value of the land itself.
• Self-Actualization: An Earth flourishing in its full, radiant biodiversity and natural evolution.
3. The Other Species Pyramid
• Physiological: Natural habitats, clean water, and abundant, species-appropriate food.
• Safety: Sanctuary from fear, hunting, captivity, displacement, and human cruelty.
• Love & Belonging: The freedom to live in packs, herds, flocks, and natural family structures.
• Esteem: Universal recognition of animal personhood, sentience, and sovereign dignity.
• Self-Actualization: Wild souls living freely, dancing, jumping, and expressing their true nature.
When we meet all needs across these three pillars—not with struggle, but enjoyably, kindly, and abundantly—the shift occurs:
• Enjoyably: Life lived as an unshakable prayer of joy.
• Kindly: Power expressed through a steady, nurturing heart.
• Abundantly: Radiant warmth that ensures more than enough for all.
When these three pillars meet, the struggle ends. The bloom begins.
Building Paradise, One Heartbeat at a Time
Paradise is not a distant, golden city in the sky. It is right here, living through us, wherever on this Earth or in these oceans you happen to be.
When you honor your inner light, you heal yourself. When you step onto the earth or dive into the water with gratitude, you heal the cradle. When you hold a creature in your arms or offer respect to a anyone human, the creations of plants or animals even the ones navigating the reef, you weave peace back into the fabric of the universe.
We can create a living paradise together. An ecosystem where children laugh, the land thrives, and every living creature rests in dignity.
Welcome to the journey of The Mother Earth Bible. Take off your shoes. Take a deep breath.
The frequency is tuned. The pulse is strong. Let us co-create paradise together.
Your Affirmation for Today
“My heart holds the beauty and truth of all life, moving beyond boundaries, grounding in peace, and surrounding every living soul with infinite joy and dignity.”
